The ‘In Light of Love’ Study & Discussion Guide is designed to guide you through the books of 1–3 John. It is not a technical commentary but a simple guide to help you in your study of God’s word. In the guide we look at the text of 1–3 John and give you opportunities to reflect upon each passage.
Each section contains these components:
- Guided study – short portions of Scripture, simple insights, and a few processing questions to help you study 1–3 John by yourself.
- Blank pages for notes – bring your device with you to BBC each week (or have it handy if you join us online) and take notes as you listen to the sermons.
- Discussion guide – whether with your BBC Gospel Community, a friend, roommates or family, discuss what you are learning in 1–3 John with other people.
